true story…(thanks KT G!)
but without the, you know, kids…
I'm looking forward to picking up this album by Solar Bears when it comes out on Sept 20…they've made a gentle and lovely video for the title track…the video is really well done, and suits the music perfectly…use this to take the edge off your ADD/case/Wednesday…
Weirdly, I could watch this all day…this was posted by WIRED to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros…they listed a bunch of things that Mario can do that you can do as well…in this case, throwing fireballs…
wow, try to stick it out, there are rewards to be had in this thing…one man's collection of animated gif's, set to the obsessive radio dial switch mash-up style of Girl Talk (which is normally a bit much for me, but seems perfect here)…

is my new favorite genre. Ok, you could say that this is a little too insider-y for NYC, but there's still something great about it.
Wow. I love Dash Shaw's low-fi sci-fi psychedelic aesthetic, and this animated film he's been working on looks amazing. Music is solid, building building building. It looks like a dream with a plot. Can't wait to see the final product, here's a trailer…

A couple of things here. One, I love the word raga. It's so great. Two, this film looks pretty amazing, and you know, I've got a birthday coming up in a couple of months.
I keep hearing about Tim & Eric Awesome Show Good Job, but have yet to see a full episode. Youtube, however, is, as always, quite helpful in the matter. Some of this stuff is freakin hilarious.
I love this…when that rock flute shows up at the end I was like "wha?"
