What do they mean by "2"?

Perhaps they are worried about people using one very large towel, which could be the equivalent of two regular towels?
Perhaps they are trying to be sensitive to the potential for different cultures to have different meanings for the amount of “2”?
Maybe it means 2ish. They won’t throw a fit if you use 3 but 4 is pushing it.

i own that word, that number, made it who it is today
so they cant say 2 without quotes, little footnote to me
