Here’s how to do this:
1. fill a room with stuff, camera in the middle, on a rotating platform
2. slowly move the camera around, filming stuff in the room
3. paint everything in the room white
4. put a projector on the platform and turn it around at the same rate, projecting the film of the objects onto the objects themselves…

I spent about 10 minutes re reading the steps, and watching this and then BAM, it hit me what they were doing. Badass. The transparent people going in and out. Weird too because we just got done watching Pleasantville just now…
yeah, I’m figuring they must’ve used a computer to turn the platform, because the projector needs to be going at the exact same speed as the camera so everything will line up…so awesome…to come up with these kinds of ideas the guy must have a billion dollar cranium…
