unfortunately so far the answer is no…
trying to make this…
and as I took the megaphone apart, and began cutting and soldering wires, I just had this feeling that I was doing something wrong…there were so many details, I'm sure there's something in there shorting out in some way…ah well, maybe I'll take another crack at it at some point…maybe…
I don't understand what the Obnoxicator does and why it's better than a regular bullhorn, but I'm pretty sure Oscar's glad it isn't working. In fact, you may want to check your Obnoxicator for signs of sabotage.
